Our system will email a personalised questionnaire relevant to your order to the email provided, within 24 hours.

Our one-of-a-kind questionnaire system is what helps us personalise your care package to suit your needs and circumstances. Like every woman, pregnancy and baby, each experience is different and so each care package we curate is different. Based on your answers, we choose what goes into your package to ensure you are receiving items that will be useful and beneficial. That is the unique nature of our service and we pride ourselves on the quality of our offering. All answers submitted in the questionnaire remain confidential.

As soon as we receive your submitted questionnaire, we prepare your care package within 2  business days and then dispatch it to your provided delivery street address (no PO Boxes). Please allow a bit longer during busy periods, if you have requested a custom made item in your package. This usually only applies to our New Mum 0mth (Newborn) care packages.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

During busy periods, a delivery can sometimes be delayed by a day or two. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, however we ensure you always receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on its location.

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

SILVER STORK™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
